Childwood is an international band created in Rotterdam by composer, arranger and guitarist Alex Vansalen, the band's current line-up consists of singer Isabel Bermejo, violin player Burcu Ramazanoglu, saxophonist Wietse Voermans, double bass player Alessio Bruno and drummer Ruud Voesten. Having different backgrounds, they create a mix of contemporary jazz, alternative and progressive rock music.
